Today, I’m officially launching my personal website– barryfallsjr.com. It’s taken a lot of research and experience modifying WordPress sites, but I’m extremely pleased with how it turned out.
Developed by a web designer who goes by Maxdp, this website utilizes a WordPress theme called VR, which is responsive and can be used as a personal or business portfolio. For me, I’m primarily using it as an online resume with updates about my occupational progression. I purchased a license to use this theme, because it included many of the features and pages that I wanted to display on my site.
Currently, the website features:
- Personal resume with a list of my education achievements, skills and employment history
- Profile page with additional basic information, services and some of my most recent projects
- Portfolio with a list of some of the articles I’ve written over the years
- Blog which I’ll use to recount some of my goals and achievements
I’m really excited about having all of essential occupation and education information in one central location. And I certainly intend on keeping it up to date. If you ever have any questions about myself or this site, please feel free to contact me here: barryfallsjr@gmail.com.
